Case: Air Miles.Oxyma

This year we published a few of our cases in the Emerce eGuide 2017. Now, we’d like to share some of these cases with you! This week we present to you the case of Air Miles.Oxyma, in which we helped them in reconnecting their customers with Air Miles and its partners.

The goal

Air Miles has around 3.8 million active savers, of which the majority is less active in spending their saved Air Miles. We were approached with the question whether we could reconnect these consumers and savers with Air Miles and her partners through an omni-channel campaign. The focal point of this campaign was to create awareness.

How

Together with Oogst by Oxyma, we developed a landings page, a complete SEA campaign, and a display campaign with interactive and banners. Six different themes were defined for the landing pages based on the consumers’ search behavior and Air Miles’s partners.

     

Results

The campaign delivered tremendous results and appeared to be highly relevant for the consumer with a CTR of 17% on the SEA campaign. The bounce rate of 25% is also very unique; consumers are clicking through for more inspiration (average of 3.6 pages per session). Each theme-specific page also has a conversion rate much higher than expected (1.49% – 5%).
