Youfone offers sim only contracts and wants to optimize the ordering process and have more client insights. Also, the churn needs to be decreased by running specified campaigns.
First off, several business optimizations were carried out by OFS by Oxyma that led to more successful campaigns. The ordering- and processing process from online sales was completely automated: the lead-time from request to dispatch was shortened to 24 hours.
Thanks to a series of clear dashboards, Youfone got different client insights. The potential outflow of clients is early detected thanks to the churn prediction model of OFS by Oxyma. The result: 50% of the client base holds 97% of the churners. These highly valuable clients are approached with targeted (email) campaigns.
To give Youfone clients better insights in client behavior, several dashboards are developed wherein unique features of Youfone clients can be seen. These insights form the basis of targeted campaigns.
