Are you an Oxyma-er?

Our clients demand that as an organization, we combine a great deal of flexibility with a high degree of professionalism. Therefore we set high standards for ourselves, our employees and the organization.

Utilizing your talents

Oxyma’s strength lies in the attitude of commitment and the knowledge that our employees possess. We believe that we can continue to keep commitment levels high by finding the best possible match between the skills and the needs of our staff on the one hand, with the needs of the organization on the other.

Development of knowledge and skills

At an organizational level, we need to continually add value for our clients. Therefore our HR policies are aimed towards continuous development and added value of each employee, which applies to both (further) development of knowledge levels, as well as development of skills.

Things we deem important

A thorough knowledge of (aspects of) our field and a good understanding of market developments are of course important, but equally important is that colleagues possess the right mix of personality traits and skills in order to become successful at Oxyma.

Do you possess these traits?

  • Passionate about your profession
  • Flexible practicality
  • Customer and service-oriented

If you are: a professional, have a ‘hands-on’ mentality, enthusiastic, independent, committed, able to handle stress well, a team player, outgoing, open, honest and trustworthy, we invite you to join our team.

The procedure

Interested? Take that step and either apply for one of our vacancies, or send an open application (with a CV and motivational letter). If you provoke our interest, we’ll arrange a meeting with you.

Getting acquainted

When applying for a job on the website, we ask you to submit a copy of your CV and a motivational letter. If we decide that you are a match with the position you are applying for, we’ll invite you to an initial interview. If the outcome of this initial interview is positive, we’ll invite you to take part in a talent and motivation assessment.

Talent and motivation assessment

People are often the most driven, the most effective and the most successful at doing work that best matches their talents and motivation. To find the best possible match, we make use of a talent and motivation assessment (TMA). Completing this assessment only takes about 45 minutes, and you get to decide when and where you do the assessment.

Follow-up interview(s)

After the TMA we plan one or more follow-up interviews. During these interviews, we go into more in-depth discussion about the position you applied for and the results of your TMA. We also give you the opportunity to meet your potentially future colleagues. After these follow-up interviews, we also contact an external agency to commence pre-employment screening.

Working terms and conditions interview

If at this stage we both decide we would like to work together, we then move on to the final interview to discuss contract details and everything else you still need to know. If we reach a satisfactory outcome at the conclusion of the meeting, we become colleagues. Congratulations!
